Kirsi joined Rewind as our first HR hire and built our entire People function from the ground up. Her creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and impeccable organizational skills allowed Rewind to establish a solid foundation that helped us with our rapid growth.  Kirsi navigated highly complex challenges and consistently found a way to deliver solutions that fit the needs of our business.
